One day the pandemic will end and you will want to begin again.

You will want to rebuild your life in a different way: A way that makes sense, based on all that you’ve learned through months of isolation and introspection.

You will want something new.

Whether joy, connection, love or adventure, you can discover what you seek on the gentle, sandy shores of Playa del Carmen in Riviera Maya on the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico.

Join me in a destination known for healing, awakening and spiritual experiences. In Riviera Maya, you will be reminded of who you are; connect to the excitement and mystery of nature; and explore a world with a pace that seems to have slowed to capture and embrace the earth’s natural rhythms.

We will:

* Stay in a luxury villa/hotel walking distance from the beach and the famous Calle Cinco, known for its restaurants and shopping.

* Capture sunrises, hug each other, move, meditate, journal, share and eat food aligned with the region.

* Participate in a Temazcal Ceremony
This is the Mayan version of a sweat lodge. Temazcal means “house of hot stones. We will participate in a group ceremony in a stone hut with high temperatures, copal and steam. Our bodies will release toxins and whatever holds us back. This ceremony purifies, mind, body and soul.

* Visit a Cenote.
Cenotes were considered by the Mayan people to be sacred portals to the Netherworld. A Cenote is a sinkhole that contains fresh water. Cenotes are rich in nutrients and an excellent source of minerals and vitamins that are known to nourish and detoxify the body.

These are uncertain times and this trip will flow with what is happening in the world related to the pandemic. Cancellation and full refund will be permitted up to 60 days prior to the retreat or by September 4th. This trip may also be rescheduled.

Trip includes:

• Shuttle from Playa del Carmen to Cancun (Airport Return. Pick up can be arranged for an extra fee)
• 2 meals daily
• Accomodations for 4 nights (private & shared bedrooms & bathrooms available)
• Sunrise Yoga
• Temazcal Ceremony & Cenote
• In Villa COVID Test 3 days prior to departure.

Trip does not include airfare. Round trip fares from Atlanta, Los Angeles and NYC are currently pricing @ $300 – $500.
